Where does GUESSJEANS.com accept orders from?

We can accept orders within North America and select countries.

What is your domestic shipping policy?

We offer $7.95 standard ground shipping on every order within the contiguous United States (excludes Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. Territories).
Additionally, we have the following shipping options:

  • UPS 2-Day: $14.95
  • UPS Next Day: $26.95

Once shipped, most orders should arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location.

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipping notification email or by logging into your account at GUESSJEANS.com.

Once the order is submitted, the shipping address cannot be changed.

What is your return policy?

What are my payment options?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. Your credit card is charged only once your order has been shipped.

You can also choose to pay with PayPal. Please follow the directions carefully when selecting these options.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

If you provided a valid email address during the Checkout process, you will receive three emails after your order is placed. The first confirms the details of your order. The second email notifies you that your order has shipped and contains your GUESSJEANS.com order tracking number.

Can I make changes to my online order?

Because we pride ourselves in processing your orders quickly and efficiently, once your order has been confirmed, we can no longer cancel or modify your order.

When is my order shipped?

Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST) are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once an order has processed, delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method.

Our warehouse ships only during regular business hours, we do not ship on weekends or the below company holidays:

  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving & the day after
  • Christmas Day
  • New Year's Day

How can I track the status of my order?

Your GUESSJEANS.com tracking number will be included in your shipment confirmation email. If you are registered at GUESSJEANS.com, simply Sign In with your Username and Password and go directly to the Order History section. Follow the link directly to the UPS/USPS site and enter your GUESSJEANS.com tracking number. NOTE: It may take up to 24 hours before your tracking information is available online.

What if I place an order and GUESSJEANS.com doesn't have the item in stock?

While we make every effort to maintain an ample supply of our stock, occasionally we run out of certain items. Out-of-stock items will be removed from your original order total and a revised total will appear in your shipping confirmation email and you will be charged accordingly. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept back orders at this time.
